Agreement

These terms govern your use of nicklebid.com, operated by Nick Lebid-Jurtschyk ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only, and no relationship until we agree one

The site describes services for information. Using it, or sending an inquiry through it, does not create a client, brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement is made only by a separate written agreement, which then governs that work. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.

Real estate licensing

Real estate activity that requires a license in California, including acting as a broker or salesperson in a sale or lease for another person, is performed only under the license California law requires. License information, and the responsible broker where one is required, are stated on this page. Until they are, no licensed activity is offered or performed through this site.

Property management services are provided through Topanga Property Management and are subject to its own agreements and licensing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
